I hit the Anytime Fitness, literally 2 minutes from my house on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 5:00 am. This morning’s conditioning session went like this;
Elliptical for 7 minutes just to get the blood flowing
Resistance band hip mobility stretches (see link) for 10 reps each movement
After hip stretches I completed 3 rounds of kettlebell shuttle sprints with 10lb kettlebells. I rested for 60 seconds between rounds.
Next, sprinting and footwork drills for 5 rounds with 45 second break between rounds.
Back to the elliptical for 5 minutes
Back to resistance band hip mobility stretches.
In Sum: pretty good conditioning session, considering I put my legs through a brutal torture test yesterday with squats.
